MINI YOGA

Yoga comes to life for ages 3-5 in these fun and creative classes in a safe and inclusive environment designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity. Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques, teach 3-5 year olds about their budding bodies. Sprinkled with music, yoga stories and other age-appropriate props, we’ll spark the child’s inner yogini while enhancing language development, motor coordination, play skills and helping them to feel an inner calm and happiness. And If your child feels comfortable and relaxed, parents are not required to stay in the classroom for the classes.
