The workshop, facilitated by Erica and Diana - Masters of Counseling Psychology at Adler University, will focus on Parenting and Self-Compassion for new parents and parents-to-be.  They will talk about what self-compassion is, why it is important, and how to practice self-compassion. The "how" component will consist of an experiential mindfulness exercise. They will also be providing practical techniques that parents can use straight away along with a handout to take home.
