Are you a new mom? Having difficulties calming your child down or getting a good sleep cycle going?
Did you know there are natural and simple solutions to help with that problem? Our brains are wired to naturally respond to music without having to be taught.
Have you ever gotten goose bumps from a powerful piece of music? Have you ever been moved to tears by the words of a song that express how you feel? Have you ever had a song magically play on the radio just when you need it the most? That is our brain on music.
In this workshop, you will learn how to tune in with yourself, your child & music to effectively help in calming your child down and to work on sleep.
Things that will be worked on in this workshop are:
- How to tune into your child: Learn to distinguish the types of cries and what they mean
- Tuning into music: learn what vocal sounds and type of music is effective
- Tuning into yourself: 30min guided mindfulness process to get back in touch being with yourself before you became a mom.
